The Challenge
In its early-stage development, Submersive needed to translate a bold experiential vision into clear systems, shared values, and operational practices. Leadership sought alignment across creative, hospitality, and wellness disciplines while defining a cohesive guest experience.
The Approach
I partnered with leadership to design and facilitate an immersive Experience Design Retreat for a multidisciplinary team of experts. I developed an employee manual and hiring framework to establish cultural and operational clarity, and participated in research trips across North America and Europe to inform experience design and guest journey strategy.
